PLAN AND CONQUER
The colder weather has arrived. It's a great time to plan and implement your landscape upgrades and modifications.
FOCAL POINT OF YOUR HOME
Time to upgrade some fo those front planters by using fall annuals. Marigolds, Sylvia and begonias. Mix impatiens do
great at this time of year.
HOLIDAY CHEER
The holidays are approaching quickly. Make room for your beautiful poinsettieas. They can be planted as annuals. Another option is
to create some hanging baskets or simply use them to decorate your front entrance.
THOSE FLOWERS SURE WOULD LOOK GOOD IF THEY WERE OVER THERE
Transplanting: During the cooler weather it is much easier on your shrubs adn trees to be moved. Be sure
to keep transplanted flowers and trees watered and fertilized to encourage future growth.
YES, SOD REPAIRS AGAIN
the winter months are a great time to do your sod repairs. The weather is cooler and you won't need
to water as frequently. This round of sod repairs should last for quite a while.
IRRIGATION MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE ROUTINE
Check your irrigation system every 4-6 weeks and make sure all heads are properly adjusted for proper coverage.
During the coller months cut back your timers per zone to conserve water use. Your shrubs and trees
require less water during the winter months.
PAVERS, PAVERS, PAVERS
It's never a bad time to update an old driveway or walk way with a fresh new look. Pavers are
very affordable these days and can make all the difference when it
comes to updating your home's landscape. Check with your local landscape professional for colors and
options.
